Seaworld experiences are additional services. Access to these experiences requires a valid Seaworld entry ticket, which must be purchased separately. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 years or older who is also participating in the same expedition. Please arrive at Explorer’s HQ a minimum of 15 minutes before the Expedition. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There will be no refund for unused or partially used services. ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, smoking areas are located on the Plaza level. Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself. The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
