The Lost Chambers Aquarium ticket sales are final and are 100 percent non-refundable. Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including during participation in the Fish Tales Tour and Ray Feeding, Shark Safari and Ultimate Snorkel Admission to Aquaventure. Waterpark must be purchased for Shark Safari and Ray Feeding activities. Participants must be fully certified divers and present a valid dive card to be able to participate in Atlantis Dive Explorer and Predator Dive. This ticket is Non-Refundable and void of altered. This ticket has No Return and No Exchange.
